Usage Data: Ad copy you submit for analysis, grading results, and timestamps.
Payment Data: Processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — never your card number.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the ad analysis service.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To communicate important account updates.
To detect abuse and ensure security.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Stripe: Payment processing.
Cloudflare: Hosting and CDN services.
Law enforcement: When required by law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Analysis history is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@theadranker.com.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 with unique salts. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant Stripe infrastructure.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (JWT authentication tokens stored in localStorage) to maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

TheAdRanker is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
