These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TheAdRanker ("Service"), operated by TheAdRanker ("Company", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TheAdRanker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TheAdRanker provides AI-powered ad copy analysis and grading. Free users receive basic scoring; Pro subscribers receive advanced AI analysis powered by proprietary models.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund for new Pro subscribers who are not satisfied. Contact support@theadranker.com within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the Service; (b) use automated bots to access the Service; (c) submit illegal or harmful content; (d) attempt to circumvent usage limits.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Analysis provided by TheAdRanker is AI-generated and for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advertising, legal, or business advice. Results may vary and should be reviewed by a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your ad copy. We retain ownership of analysis formats, scoring algorithms, and the Service itself. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for analysis purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
